The Clinton Police Department is asking for assistance in finding a bank robbery suspect.

According to officers, the robbery took place at 2:21 p.m. at the Trustmark on 203 Clinton Boulevard. Police said a man wearing dark colored clothing and a medical mask robbed one of the bank tellers.

Police said the suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect fled the scene on foot across Clinton Blvd. to the Clinton Plaza Shopping Center parking lot before driving away in what officers believe to be a gray or silver Buick SUV.
